The current global economic climate, coupled with the ever increasing demands from stakeholders to improve organizational performance and increase bottom-line, has resulted in many organizations hopping on to the outsourcing bandwagon or adopting shared services. This inadvertently indicates that organizations are increasing emphasis on core business processes and offerings. As a result of this, a parallel approach in the organization's software investment quantum is also imminent. To support and achieve this end, KaiZenHR's business model also supports the following partner categories.

4. Business Process Outsouring
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is the leveraging of technology or specialist process vendors to provide and manage an organization's critical and/or non-critical enterprise processes and applications. Use of a BPO as opposed to an application service provider (ASP) usually means that a certain amount of process is transferred to the company that is running the process elements on behalf of the outsourcer. BPO includes the hardware, software, process management, and the people to operate the service while a typical ASP model includes only the provision of access to functionalities and features provided thru the hosting of KaiZenHR's solution and the necessary infrastructure required.

The need for ASPs has evolved from the increasing costs of acquiring and maintaining specialized hardware & software.
