MR. NG BOON SING - Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ng Boon Sing, was appointed as an Executive Director of the Company in 2005. He is the Chief Executive Officer of KZen and he holds the position of Group Chief Executive Officer.

He has more than 20 years experience in Information Technology and Human Capital Management Systems, of which 19 years is at Senior Management level. He is specialised in areas of Strategic HR Management and Best Practices. As the Group CEO, he undertakes the main responsibility in providing direction and leadership towards the achievement of the Group’s philosophy, mission, strategy and strategic goals with the objective of creating value to all stakeholders.

MR. CHOW WEI HOON - Executive Director/Director of Business Development
Mr. Chow Wei Hoon, was appointed as an Executive Director in 2005 and a member of the Audit Committee.

He has more than 20 years of HCMS experience, covering all aspects of HR Operations, HR Development and HR Strategic, serving clients in diversified industries including manufacturing, government, financial and services. In his current capacity, he leads a team of Business Consultants whereby his division is responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the Group’s HCMS as well as in the development and management of strategic resellers/ business partners.

MR. CHAN SEONG SUN - Executive Director/Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Chan Seong Sun, was appointed as an Executive Director of the Company in 2005. He holds the position of Group Chief Technology Officer.

He is responsible for the continued research and development as well as maintenance of the Group's HCMS. He brought with him more than 15 years of Research & Development experience covering 4GLs, Object Oriented Development Tools, Web Development and RDBMS.

Some of his past accomplishments prior to joining the Group include developing GIS Analysis System for a power plant company to manage their power plants, merchant banking system for a merchant bank and the 1st Malaysian to have developed a Y2K Inventory and Scanning Tool for analyzing Informix 4GL applications. The product received the endorsement from Informix Malaysia and was published in the Informix Asia Pacific Journal.

MR. HO CHEE SIONG – Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Ho Chee Siong was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director in 2005 and is a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

He did his articleship in Ng, Lee and Partners and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysia Institute of Accountants.

Currently, he sits on the Board of Axis Incorporation Berhad, a company listed on the Second Board of Bursa Securities, as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He is currently a Director for several private limited companies that are involved in advisory and consultancy services. He was an Executive Director of IFCA MSC Berhad from year 2002 to year 2004 and was previously attached to the Road Builder Group from year 1993 to year 1999.

EN. ABDUL HAFIDZ BIN WIN – Independent Non-Executive Director
En. Abdul Hafidz bin Win was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director in 2005 and is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company.

He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He was attached to KPMG Malaysia where he gained training and industry exposure in financial related matters.

He is currently a Director for several private limited companies involved in various businesses ranging from telecommunication and communication, information technology, mechanical and electrical related activities. His previous experience includes water treatment, construction and manufacturing industries. He has vast experience in corporate finance, accounting, taxation, legal, business management and other related matters.

MR. LEONG NYU KUAN – Independent & Non-Executive Director
Appointed to the board on 16 November 2007, Leong Nyu Kuan is the Independent & Non-Executive Director of the KZEN Solutions Bhd.

In 1993, he joined IFCA MSC Berhad, a listed company in MESDAQ as Financial Controller. He was subsequently promoted to Operation Director in 1994 and Group Operation Director in 1996. His further advancement in the IFCA Group include the redesignation to Chief Financial Officer in August 2000, President in January 2005, and the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer in January 2006.

Prior to joining IFCA MSC Berhad, he was an Accounts Executive with the Tourism Development Corporation of Malaysia, an Accountant with Industrade Holdings Sdn. Bhd., an Executive with Setia Adil Sdn. Bhd. and a freelance Business Consultant cum Auditor in YCS & Sons Sdn. Bhd.
