From the pioneering System Concept Version 3 (SCV3), to the rapid evolvement and advancement of KaiZenHR’s flagship Enterprise Human Capital Management System, the Group has a proven track record of successful implementations in medium to large organizations that include public listed companies, entrepreneurial and large private companies, renowned MNCs and others. Its’ subsidiary, KaiZenHR Sdn. Bhd. was founded and managed by Mr Ng Boon Sing, Mr Chow Wei Hoon and Mr Chan Seong Sun, three (3) of them have vast exposure in both HR and IT related fields since the mid 1980s.

Today, KZen is primarily involved in development and maintenance of the “KaiZenHR” Human Capital Management Solution while KaiZenHR Sdn. Bhd. is principally involved in the sales and marketing and the provision of post sales implementation and support activities of its flagship solution.

The comprehensive and superior features of the Group’s HCMS are evident as it was the only local HR solution to win the “MSC-APICTA Awards” in 2005 for the “Best of General Applications” category and also the sole HR solution finalist in the MSC-APICTA Awards for two consecutive years, 2002 and 2003.
