KaiZenHR was designed as an integrated system at both the functional and data levels. Employee data is maintained in a central repository of common information; thus, improving efficiency and preventing duplication. The system is able to interface to external parties such as financial systems, timekeeping, statutory bodies, legacy and in-house systems.
Reliability and Flexibility
KaiZenHR is a proven product in operation for more than five years with no reliability problems reported by its users. One of our key features, Scripting Tool, allows the customer to tailor their specific requirements without program changes. This includes but not limited to features like application system parameters and rule-based logics. The solution keeps track of changes to parameters, rules and configuration data by providing an audit trail.
KaiZenHR has an added dimension to its product, effective date. This will enable all other functions to operate properly according to the data and rules that apply at a particular point in time.

KaiZenHR is deployed on separate tier for database, web and application and accessible to a common client.
Employees can be using web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer for self-service applications. This self-service deployment uses zero client solution i.e. without installation or downloads on the client PC.
Ease Of Use
KaiZenHR is designed with the user in mind. Our product is very user-friendly. It has the standard features such as “Pull-down-Menus”, “Pop-up Windows”, “On-line Help File”, “Hot-key” or “Short-cut Keys”. Our Pivot Table allows managers to “Drill Up & Drill Down” as they analyse the data retrieved. All these user interfaces can be customised to suit the needs of individuals or group of users.
