KaiZenHR application is developed using Object Oriented Delphi which
is a variant of Object Pascal programming language. KaiZenHR web
application is developed using Microsoft .Net framework. Data is
stored in relational database and access through SQL statements.

KaiZenHR is an integrated system
which stores its data in single source. This consistent storage
of data reduces system errors and data entry thus improving reliability
and efficiency. The front-end of KaiZenHR which is the Employee
Self Service (ESS) allows data to be captured at source. Again,
this improves the overall reliability and efficiency of the system.

4. What are needed
to be installed on the desktop PC to run ESS?

5. How does KaiZenHR
support users in remote locations?
Remote access: Create a user login in order to the direct access
to the server by clicking on the Kxshlp.exe at KaiZen directory
by using the Microsoft component-Remote Desktop Connection.
Install and configure Citrix at server in order to allow the entire
client PCs to connect, subject to all client PCs have downloaded
Citrix client component.
6. Is source
code available?
Only Object Code is licensed to client. If required, Source Code
can be provided under an ESCROW Agreement with Client's Legal party.
7. What Operating
System platform can KaiZenHR be used?
On the server side, KaiZenHR runs on Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows
XP, Windows 2003. On the client side, KaiZenHR runs on Windows 98
SP2, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003.

9. Does KaiZenHR
interface with other enterprise application? Can we import or export
data?
Yes. KaiZenHR allows you to import or export data between other
enterprise application. KaiZenHR provides the flexibility to import
the pay elements rather than manually key in to the system.
10. Are there
extra charges for system upgrading or new version?
No. KaiZenHR provides free system upgrading or new version to our
existing clients under maintenance agreement.
11. Can we purchase
only the Payroll Module without the others?
Since our system is on module basis, customers can actually purchase
any module according to their needs. Additional modules can be purchased
later on if needed.
12. Can we customize the process or report in
the system?
Yes. Customers can customize the system based upon their company
environment. This will be discussed during the requirement study
in order for KaiZenHR to cater the best service and meet the needs
of our customers.
13. How many
records of the employees can be maintained in KaiZenHR?
KaiZenHR can maintain unlimited records of the employees in the
system.
14. Is any user
training provided? Any extra charge required?
Yes. User Training will be provided to the back end users and it
is included as part of our system implementation.
