Software installation involves deploying 2 different but coherent technologies, our client-server Enterprise Human Capital Solution as well as our web based Employee / Manager Self Service. Besides installation, we also provide application upgrades from time to time whenever we release new versions. This is also a major advantage for our customers making it a stable and consistent application.
Requirement study involves interactive discussions between our consultants and client HR subject matter experts whereby they highlight their business needs and the consultants determine whether or not the application can meet their needs. If not, our consultants will suggest work around or share best practices by existing KaiZenHR customers. Our consultants will recommend customisation should the business need be advantages and applicable to current and future customers. The customisations are created by the R&D department. Upon completion, our consultants will test it again to ensure it meets the specifications and deploy them at customer site.
KaiZenHR provide onsite user training whereby we introduce HR users to our application. We normally start with an overview of the module so that they have an understanding of the subject before we bring them through screen by screen as well as functions and reports. This is often followed by data setup assistance the next day where by the HR users start to use the application as they have been taught and the consultant is onsite to provide assistance should the HR users encounter any difficulties. When the necessary setup has been done, HR users are required to populate data for the module. Our consultants will assist in data migration should we find the amount of data too much for manual entry. For the purpose of data migration, we normally have a data migration briefing session whereby our consultants will go through field by field in the excel template on which the HR user must populate in order for the consultant to load into KaiZenHR. Finally, the system is ready to undergo parallel run. This is normally done for payroll module where by the results from KaiZenHR is compared to the results from legacy system to ensure they are correct before the system goes Live. During this stage, our consultants are also onsite to ensure the user understand how to use our application.
KaiZenHR have a dedicated support team to assist existing customers, responding to enquiries and request for new report and application customisations. The support team will also provide upgrades as new versions are released. |
